"Jeannette did an amazing job selling our house in Fair Oaks Ranch for us last summer. We would unequivocally recommend her to anyone needing to sell their house. Our house was under contract within three weeks of hitting the market. She had it listed so quickly, including beautiful pictures to go with the listing. She held two open houses for us in the short time it was on the market. She even coordinated with the other agents in our neighborhood to create an open house tour one of weekends. Throughout the entire time she kept us in the loop constantly about next steps and coordinated beautifully with the buyers agent as well. We love Jeannette! "

"Selling a house long-distance can be stressful but Jeannette managed all the little details so that we could focus on building our new lives. She knowledgeably advised us through the decisions that had to be made and always kept us up to date all the way to a successful closing."

"We could not have been happier with our experience working with Jeannette! Despite my wife and living across the country from each other, in two different time zones, Jeannette was responsive to all of our needs, questions and concerns during our home search. She worked tirelessly to find houses that met our requirements despite low inventory and was very comfortable conducing showings with us on FaceTime."

"We had an outstanding experience working with our realtor while purchasing our home from out of state. Since we weren’t able to view properties in person, Jeannette went above and beyond by touring homes with us over FaceTime, providing honest feedback, and helping us feel confident throughout the entire process.

Jeannette was always responsive, patient, and willing to answer our many questions. Her local knowledge and attention to detail helped us narrow down the right home, and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Even from hundreds of miles away, she made the home buying process feel seamless and less stressful.

Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, we found a home that we absolutely love. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if you’re relocating from out of state."
